Uninstall your old Call Saver® Pro™ software before installing the new Call Saver® Pro™ software. Please keep in mind you will not be able to record telephone calls without one of our DynaMetric recording adapters connected to your telephone. However you are welcome to download the fully functional demo version of the Call Saver® Pro™ software.

Software download and installation instructions may vary depending on your computer's operating system and type of web browser. If you have any problems with your download, contact us.

1. Click the Download button on the left, then click the Save File button when it appears.

2. Find a good location to save the file to, such as your Desktop or My Documents folder.

3. Click the Save button again.

4. When the download is complete, close all other applications.  Windows XP users click RUN on the unknown publisher screen.  Windows 7 and 8 users click MORE INFO, click RUN ANYWAY then click YES to install. 

5. Click NEXT, accept the DynaMetric license agreement.  Then click NEXT, click NEXT two more times then click INSTALL.  Then click FINISH.  Our DynaMetric Call Saver® Pro™ icon should appear on your computer's desktop.
