All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for DynaMetric to process your return.  Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or part number/sticker will automatically void the DynaMetric Return Policy. Products that are returned to DynaMetric with a missing, damaged or altered part number will be refused RMA service and returned to the customer.  No returns accepted on special orders or custom products.

Return Policy - TOP ^

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  DynaMetric reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to all refunds.  All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories.  Failure to include accessories and/or parts may result in additional charges.  DynaMetric will not be held accountable for lost or damaged packages.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds to appear on your account, all refunds will be in the same form as initial payment. PLEASE NOTE: No returns accepted on special orders or custom products.


60-Day Return Policy - TOP ^

Items must be returned to DynaMetric within 60 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. DynaMetric reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to any and all returns no matter when they are received. PLEASE NOTE: No returns accepted on special orders or custom products.


Software Return Policy - TOP ^

Software kits can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned recording adapter is defective or damaged.  Software can not be returned once the license or registration code has been registered with our web server.  DynaMetric is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact us for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase. PLEASE NOTE: No returns accepted on special orders or custom products.


Bulk Orders Return Policy - TOP ^

Bulk orders (in quantities of 100+) cannot be returned to DynaMetric for refund or replacement.  DynaMetric highly recommends purchasing test models before ordering in large quantities.  While DynaMetric products are compatible with many popular phone systems, we recommend that you contact us for compatibility with your specific phone system or purchase individual test models.


Mail In Rebate Policy - TOP ^

Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to DynaMetric once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.



Physical Damage Policy - TOP ^

Physically damaged items cannot be returned to DynaMetric. Improper installation of the equipment may cause damage, damaged items cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.  If you return damaged items to DynaMetric, the items will be returned to you at your expense.


Combo Specials - TOP ^

Combo Specials include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within their applicable DynaMetric Return Policy Period. If a Combo item is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your combo discount was $5, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)


Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items - TOP ^

Sometimes items are returned to DynaMetric after the product has been discontinued. If DynaMetric no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either DynaMetric can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 60 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.


Downloadable Software - TOP ^

Downloadable software is non-refundable once the download is complete.
